Prizes are awarded to students who graduate from elementary, middle, or high schools who meet the following criteria. The President's Education Awards Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Education, in partnership with the National Association of Elementary School Directors and the NASSP, was developed to help principals recognize and honor students who have achieved high academic goals thanks to their hard work and dedication to learning. With the President's Education Awards, you can recognize your high-achieving students with an unforgettable memory of their success.
To place an order, visit the President's Education Awards store. Your place for unfiltered government documents, communications and statements is granted individual recognition by the President and Secretary of Education of the United States, in partnership with the National Association of Elementary School Principals and the National Association of High School Directors. The award includes a letter of congratulations to the student and a certificate signed by the president, secretary and principal of the school. Unlike other award programs, the director has the sole discretion to choose recipients based on their eligibility.
There is no limit on the number of awards as long as students meet the criteria set by the school for each award. Despite the uncertainty and challenges related to COVID-19, the program continued to accept and process nominations until July so that students could continue to recognize students.
